Commercial window film · Lockhart, Texas

Professional film for working spaces.

SunBlock Tinting handles commercial flat-glass projects for storefronts, offices, gyms, schools, and other buildings, with film selected around heat, glare, privacy, appearance, and the way the space is used.

01

Business-focused planning

Every pane has a job.

Storefront glass represents a business from the street. Office glass can separate teams or sensitive areas. Gym and school windows may need a balance of light, glare control, privacy, and a clean appearance. Commercial film selection starts by identifying what each area needs to do.

SunBlock Tinting walks through the project rather than reducing it to one generic film choice. We can separate public-facing glass, private offices, doors, conference areas, and other zones so the quote reflects the actual work.

  • Storefront and exterior-facing glass
  • Offices, lobbies, and conference rooms
  • Interior privacy and frosted partitions
  • Decorative and customer-facing finishes
02

Film options

Control comfort, privacy, and appearance.

Heat-control architectural film can help reduce heat and glare in sun-exposed areas. Privacy and dual-reflective options may help create daytime separation while preserving a professional interior view. Frosted and decorative films can change the look and visibility of interior glass.

Security film is a separate specialty category designed to add glass retention and protection. The appropriate choice depends on the glass, location, objective, and project conditions; it should not be treated as the same product as decorative or heat-control film.

03

How estimates work

Measure first. Quote the real scope.

Architectural estimates begin with width, height, pane quantity, and the requested film. The site's square-footage calculator can provide a preliminary range, while a final commercial quote is based on exact measurements and the actual installation conditions.

Access, framing, existing film, furniture or equipment, preparation, pane layout, and selected material can all change the scope. SunBlock Tinting uses project-specific quoting rather than promising the same square-foot price for every building.

  • List each pane or matching group
  • Identify exterior and interior glass
  • Note access or staging concerns
  • Final billing follows confirmed measurements and scope
04

More than window film

A coordinated commercial finish.

SunBlock Tinting also installs customer-supplied commercial decals, vinyl lettering, window graphics, and signage. We do not claim to manufacture the artwork; the Decal Studio helps customers preview placement and organize an installation request.

For glass with water spots or light surface damage, the Glass Restoration Check can help organize photos and measurements before deciding whether restoration may be worth evaluating instead of immediate panel replacement.
