Information you choose to provide

When you request a quote, you may provide your name, phone number, email address, preferred contact method, project or service location, vehicle information or VIN, window measurements, project details, and photos. The information requested depends on the service you are asking about.

How the information is used

SunBlock Tinting uses submitted information to review your project, prepare or discuss estimates, contact you, schedule work, provide service, create business paperwork, and maintain customer and job records.

Website tools and photos

Photos used only inside the Decal Studio preview remain on your device unless you separately send or upload them. Information and photos submitted through the Free Quote form are sent to SunBlock Tinting and stored with the private quote request.

Business systems and service providers

Submitted information may be processed or stored using the website hosting, cloud storage, business tracking, communications, invoicing, payment, and other service providers SunBlock Tinting uses to operate the business. Information may also be handled when required to protect the website, customers, the business, or comply with applicable obligations.

Security and retention

SunBlock Tinting uses practical safeguards intended to limit access to customer information. No website or electronic storage system can guarantee absolute security. Business records may be retained as needed for quotes, jobs, warranties, accounting, customer service, and applicable recordkeeping obligations.

Your choices

You can choose not to submit the online form and may call or text instead. You may contact SunBlock Tinting to ask about information connected to your request or to request a correction or deletion. Some information may need to remain in business records when applicable.
